Firstly, please ensure you colleague has logged in to the LimeSurvey service at least once before.

Then please follow the steps below to give permissions to access your survey:

1. Visit your survey, then under "Settings" on the left menu choose "Survey permissions"

2. Choose who you wish to share the survey with from the list of users, then click on "Add user"

3. Once the user is added - set which permissions you would like to give to the user

4. Choose which permissions you wish to give, then click on "Save"
