This service and all data including backups resides in the State of Victoria, Australia. No data or backups are held or transmitted outside of Australia.

A cookie will be set in your browser while completing the survey that will be removed once the survey is complete
Survey responses are controlled and managed by the survey creator (the person that used this service to create the survey you are completing). ACSPRI does not access or manage these responses but stores them on behalf of the survey creator (see the Security policy for details on how we manage data security)
Your responses are available to view by the survey creator, and any one they have assigned as a co-creator. We will not access or share responses with any other third party.

When setting up a survey or paying for a service on this website, ACSPRI collects and holds your name, billing address, email address and any other contact details provided. If signing up for the newsletter, your email address is collected and held.

If you wish to delete/remove data from this service, you may do so at any time by deleting your survey / data. If you wish for data to also be removed from encrypted backups, you must contact ACSPRI using the contact details below
