This is a survey designed to support you and your organisation to identify areas of strength and risk that can impact upon the sustainability, or long term success, of a a site improvement initiative that you are introducing..
Our research team created the questions in this tool from an extensive review of the literature, and from interviews with over 60 site leaders and staff. The tool asks you to rate each component of sustainability from your own point of view. It usually takes 15-20 minutes to complete. You can print off your own answers on completion. Be assured that all responses are completely anonymous.
After a few months, you might like to complete the longer version of this survey to measure your organisation's progress.
As researchers, we may collate de-identified data from a number of sites to validate the usefulness of this survey, and to get a broader picture of components of sustainability across sites.
This project has been approved by the Flinders University Social and Behavioural Research Ethics Committee, Project Number 6928.
